Orders will be shipped within 10-14 business days after placing the order, depending on stock availability.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are the responsibility of the retailer. We offer a flat rate shipping of $35.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, or Poste Restante addresses. Unfortunately, orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

We encourage our customers to carefully review each product description and confirm that the dimensions, colors, and details meet their expectations before placing an order.

Our Return Policy:

• Return Window: You can return unwashed and unworn clothing within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.
• Condition: Items must have original tags and packaging.
• Non-Defective Items: Returns of non-defective items are not accepted unless agreed upon in writing.
• Sale Items: All sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
• Canadian Return Shipping: The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the items are defective.

U.S. Returns: U.S. customers are responsible for manually returning items to our headquarters in Canada. Return labels are not included.

Cancellations

• Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. If the order is in production or is ready to ship, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

Our "exchanges" are processed as a complete return of the original item and re-purchase of the new item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item as soon as you can.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
