Care

You can spray water with soap or a non-toxic multi-purpose cleanser and wipe with a clean cloth. Make sure you use surface cleaners that are safe for your little one.

Do not let the product absorb any liquids or get humid and avoid any use of household abrasive cleaning products.

Safety

· For safety reasons place the bed less than 1.5 inches or at least 12 inches away from the wall. The purpose of this is to prevent your baby from becoming trapped between the bed and the wall.

· Make sure the room is safe for the child to wander around. This includes covering outlets, removing cords, screw fragile furniture to the wall, etc.

· Always follow your health care provider's requirements for safe sleeping. This may include removing pillows, duvets or covers to avoid suffocation.

· We recommend using bumpers or pads on the edges of the floor bed until your child becomes accustomed to sleeping in it or until they feel comfortable without them. Pads or bed bumpers are only Suitable from 2 years old.

Natural Maple Plywood - It's got a smooth, hand-varnished finish and edges we tint just a bit to give it that cool, minimalist Scandinavian vibe. Plus, it’s a bit lighter in color, giving it a fresh, modern look.

Natural Birch Plywood - This one comes pre-finished from our supplier for a nice, clear look. We hand-seal the edges to enhance the layers’ natural patterns, and it's got a slightly, just slightly richer hue than maple, which really warms up the place.

1-inch Birch Dowels - 1-inch birch wooden dowels provide the ideal grip for your little one while enhancing the product's overall sturdiness.

All products are delivered disassembled and packaged. Those products are very easy to assemble. Assembly instructions are provided inside the package.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns

Refunds Due To Change Of Mind

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 60 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers both craftsmanship and materials for three years from the date of purchase. It is valid only for the original purchaser or a gift recipient who can provide original order details. The warranty covers damages from normal use but does not cover damages resulting from abuse or misuse. Should there be any issues due to normal wear or defects, we will replace the necessary parts at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover:

Damages due to misuse or abuse, including but not limited to:
- Improper assembly or disassembly
- Exceeding recommended weight limits
- Stains, dents, scratches
- Dropping
- Water damage
- Use outdoors if the product is not designed for it
- Damage from incorrect cleaning recommendations (refer to our Cleaning and Care guidelines)
Natural woodgrain variations or wood surface patches
Mold or mildew

Warranty Claims:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we aim to process your warranty claim within 15 days.

- A replacement item, subject to stock availability
