Once in shipped and in transit , order cannot be cancelled .
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the wrong address entered. If you entered the wrong address, please send us an email as soon as possible.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible.
Due to high demand, delivery takes between 10-30 business days from the date order has been processed.
Custom Delays are expected and beyond our control unless expedited services has been paid .
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-10 business days to process your order. The delivery timeframe is just an estimate and do not include weekends and public holidays.

RETURNS
No Return's on Customized Products.
Any Return Must be notified and shipped back at the Buyer's expense to Green walnut's headquarters and should be done within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have 2 days to notify via email with the pictures for proof if you received your order as damaged or incorrect hardware to be eligible for a refund.
- If any Hardware is missing or damaged, Greenwalnut will be providing the hardware at no expense to the buyer but buyer needs to inform via email within 2 days of receiving the order about the missing or damaged hardware in order to be eligible
- Refund not authorized if the hardware is missing and Greenwalnut will have responsiblilty to provide missing hardware free of charge if informed on stated time.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- After Delivery if the customer changes their mind and want to return it for any reason, the buyer will bear the shipping cost, once received in good order, amount will be refunded in 2-3 business days, (Amount Refunded will have a deduction of Original Shipping Cost & Restocking Charges will be applied, Restocking Charges 34 % of the original product Price + Original Shipping Cost)

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
