This not only helps prevent air pockets in your artwork but also enhances the vibrancy and longevity of your creations.

Our top-quality glass mullers are available in two convenient sizes, catering to artists at every skill level:

Small glass muller: approx. 5cm diameter base x 6.35cm height (2" x 2.5"), 100g – Perfect for artists who need precise control and prefer working with smaller quantities of paint for craft projects or painting glassware.

Large glass muller: approx. 10cm diameter base x 12cm height (4" x 4.75"), 900g– Ideal for artists working on more extensive projects and requiring a more substantial tool to mix larger volumes of paint.

How to Use a Glass Muller for Mixing Paint

To begin grinding with your glass muller, place a small quantity of powdered pigment on your work surface, like our like our locally made Glass Pallete. Add a small amount of painting medium, such as oil or methyl cellulose, and use the glass muller to grind and disperse pigments in circular motions, applying shear forces until a smooth consistency is achieved. Adjust the pressure and grip of your glass muller based on the size and shape of the tool, whether it's a small muller with a tall handle or a large muller with a bulbous handle.

Safety Precautions When Using a Glass Muller

When using a glass muller, ensure that your workspace is free of flammable objects and avoid working in direct sunlight, as glass can act as a magnifying lens and create a possible fire hazard. Always handle your glass muller with care, holding it handheld vertically to maintain a clenched fist grip for the best control and safety.

Winter Shipping Policy

We take great care to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition, no matter the season. Most items in our catalog do not contain temperature sensitive ingredients and are therefore not affected by cold temperatures. These items ship normally throughout the year.

However, certain products — including our Natural Acrylik Paints, Medium, and Fluid Acryliks — can be damaged if exposed to cold temperatures during shipping. For these select items, additional precautions are taken during colder months.

What We Do to Protect Cold-Sensitive Products

To help minimize the risk of freezing in transit, we:

  • Clearly label cold-sensitive products on their respective product pages
  • Apply Fragile and Do not freeze stickers to encourage careful handling by carriers
  • Monitor weather conditions along major points in the shipping route— although we’re not weather experts, and temperature drops can still happen.
  • In some cases, hold orders during periods of extreme cold to avoid spoilage

Please note: While we go to great lengths to package and ship your items with care during cold weather, we cannot guarantee that they won’t be exposed to freezing temperatures in transit. As such, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for cold-related damage.

How You Can Help Prevent Freezing

If your order includes freeze-sensitive products, we recommend the following:

  • Check the forecast along the shipping route before placing your order
  • Select Priority shipping during checkout to reduce time in transit
  • Place your order between Saturday and Monday to avoid weekend delays
  • Avoid ordering right before major holidays or non-delivery days, such as:December 25 (Christmas Day)December 26 (Boxing Day)January 1 (New Year’s Day)
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment immediately upon delivery
  • Consider shipping to a business address if no one is home during delivery hours

Final Note

Given the unpredictable nature of winter weather and transit conditions, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for items compromised by freezing during shipment. All cancellations or refund requests are subject to our Return and Refund policy below

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure your natural art supplies arrive safely, even in the coldest months. ❄️🎨

Return & Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

We work diligently to maintain our reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we may accept a return or exchange for products purchased as long as the item is unopened and unused. Request will be submitted to the manufacturer for them to decide to accept or decline the return.

All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of product receipt.

Upon receipt of your qualified return we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item, less the cost of shipping. If your order received free shipping, the cost we incurred to ship the item(s) will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 10 days for processing. Exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee (before taxes).

If you are sending back products, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without it. Products returned without prior authorization will not accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind under any circumstance after 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, then we consider your purchase final sale.

We take every precaution to protect Natural Acrylik items especially during winter shipping, but once an order is in transit, winter delivery conditions can be unpredictable and are beyond our control. 1. First, check with your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary.
  2. Then, contact us and we’ll be happy to look into it.

We must receive returns within 14 days from the day the return was approved. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
