Shipping
The Tresses à Sissou and Housswood collections are being introduced to Canada for the first time and are sold exclusively through Best Rated Finds. During the launch period, these products have an estimated shipping time of 4–6 weeks. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this period, and we sincerely thank you for supporting the arrival of these unique products.
Shipping time within Canada: Your order will ship within 1–3 business days after the products arrive at our dispatch location.
Carriers: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Customers may select their preferred carrier option at checkout.
Free Local shipping is available.
Final Cost: The price shown at checkout is the final shipping cost charged to you.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package.
Delivery Delays: If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
In the event of a rate error at checkout Best Rated Finds reserves the right to offer a corrected shipping rate with proof of cost and request to have the cost covered or to cancel the order if the cost is not agreeable to both parties.

Each item goes through a thorough quality control process, as we are committed to delivering excellence. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. 1. Change of Mind
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The request to return must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Les Tresses à Sissou products:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened packages from Les Tresses à Sissou are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you must arrange your own shipping.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and approved.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we encourage you to refuse delivery from the carrier and notify us immediately.
- If you accept delivery, please send us photos of the damage upon receipt before opening the package.
- Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference (subject to availability).
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch from our warehouse in France.
- Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return under the conditions above.
