Uses of Rainbow stacker:

There is no right or wrong way to use a rainbow stacker hence it's a unique open-ended toy for very young as well as older children. The pieces can be used together or individually as bridges, tunnels, seesaws, fences, houses, doll cradles, or caves.


Please note:

Rainbow Stacker due to its hollow design, body pressure is not recommended. Also, it is not completely polished to be smooth, friction is needed to make them stack. We use non-toxic water-based paint, its color is not as uniform as other paints, and due to display reasons, there may be color differences, I hope you can understand Please do not sit directly on the wooden block or drop it from a high place, it will easily break. If there is any problem with our product, please feel free to contact me, we will respond to you as soon as possible.

We encourage our customers to carefully review each product description and confirm that the dimensions, colors, and details meet their expectations before placing an order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

UPDATE:

Due to the high volumes and the  couriers are having significant delays on shipments. Packages might not arrive within the estimated delivery time.*

Once in shipped and in transit , order cannot be cancelled .

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment  please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the wrong address entered. If you entered the wrong address, please send us an email as soon as possible.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible. 

Due to high demand, delivery takes between 10-30  business days from the date order has been processed.

Custom Delays are expected and beyond our control unless expedited services has been paid .

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-10 business days to process your order. The delivery timeframe is just an estimate and do not include weekends and public holidays.

4. If for any reason (for instance: wrong address or incomplete address, missing buzzer number or simply a package was not picked up by purchaser), the package is returned to us, you agree to pay the return delivery costs as well the original delivery costs.

Returns

CLEARANCE ITEMS : 

Products if listed under Clearance or marked as Clearance / Final Sale  will be ineligible for returns , exchanges or refunds .

PREORDER ITEMS : 

All preorders are final. Cancellations or refund requests will not be accepted.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy applies regardless of changes in delivery timelines or personal circumstances.

RETURNS 

No Return's on Customized Products.

Any Return Must be notified and shipped back at the Buyer's expense to  Green walnut's headquarters and should be done within 2 days of receiving the product. 

- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have 2 days to notify via email with the pictures for proof if you received your order as damaged or incorrect hardware to be eligible for a refund.

- If any Hardware is missing or damaged, Greenwalnut  will be providing the hardware at no expense to the buyer but buyer needs to inform via email within 2 days of receiving the order about the missing or damaged hardware in order to be eligible 

- Refund not authorized if the hardware is missing and Greenwalnut will have responsiblilty to provide missing hardware free of charge if informed on stated time. 


- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- After Delivery if the customer changes their mind and want to return it for any reason, the buyer will bear the shipping cost, once received in good order, amount will be refunded in 2-3 business days, (Amount Refunded will have a deduction of Original Shipping Cost & Restocking Charges will be applied, Restocking Charges 34 % of the original product Price  + Original Shipping Cost)

  • Items on sale will be ineligible for Returns, Exceptions Apply

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our Contact Form.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message through our Contact Form.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us using the Contact Form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATION
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. 

After Placing an order if you decided to cancel the order , Refund will be issued ( Subtracting Merchant Transaction Fees )

What is Merchant Transaction Or Service Fees?

Transaction Fees Or Service Fee : Are the fees charged to the merchant ( Credit Card Companies ) when paid by Credit Card or Paypal , and these charges are directly remitted to the Credit Card company .
