About the Artist & Production

These beautiful mats were designed in Canada by the artist and photographer Chelsea Staver, whose passion for Pilates inspired her to merge movement, art, and emotion. Her photography captures the serenity and balance she experiences on the mat — each design reflecting a mood, a landscape, or a feeling of calm.

To achieve both premium quality and accessible pricing, production takes place in Hangzhou, China, with a trusted manufacturing partner that holds international certifications for health, safety, and environmental standards. This ensures every mat is certified non-toxic, free from harmful fire-retardants, and crafted with sustainable, high-grade materials that honor both the planet and your practice.

• Remove rings or jewelry before practice to prevent scratches.
• Wipe gently with water or diluted alcohol and let air dry.
• Water stains are normal and fade as the mat dries.
• Roll the mat with the top side facing outward.
• Keep out of prolonged sunlight and avoid cubbies with sharp edges.

Shipping

Shipping time within Canada: Your order will ship within 1–3 business days.

Carriers: Standard shipping costs are free across Canada, except for remote or hard-to-access areas such as parts of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, and some rural regions of northern British Columbia, northern Quebec, and other isolated locations.

Express Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Customers may select their preferred carrier option at checkout.

Final Cost: The price shown at checkout is the final shipping cost charged to you.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Delivery Delays: If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

In the event of a rate error at checkout Best Rated Finds reserves the right to offer a corrected shipping rate with proof of cost and request to have the cost covered or to cancel the order if the cost is not agreeable to both parties.

Refund & Returns

1. Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we encourage you to refuse delivery from the carrier and notify us immediately.
  
• If you accept delivery, please send us photos of the damage upon receipt before opening the package.

• If the item appears intact on arrival but is later found to be defective after opening, please submit a claim with clear photos of the issue within 3 days of receiving your package. Claims received after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  
• Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference (subject to availability).

3. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch from our warehouse.
  
• Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
