Orders over$100 CAD within Canada and $250 CAD within the U.S. qualify for free shipping.

Shipping options & processing time

We work closely with all major Canadian couriers to offer competitive shipping across Canada and beyond. Most Canadian orders arrive within 2–5 business days from order processing.

All orders come with a tracking number. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, and you can opt into SMS or email updates at checkout.

We encourage our customers to carefully review each product description and confirm that the dimensions, colors, and details meet their expectations before placing an order.

Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If it’s not the right fit, you have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging.

All requests to return and exchange must be submitted through our Contact Form.

A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total to help cover return costs. This applies to both returns and exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process it within a few days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days after we’ve processed your return.

Final Sale Items
