Bonus Tips for Long-Lasting Organic Baby Clothes

• Spot Clean: For small stains, try spot cleaning instead of running the entire garment through a wash cycle. A mixture of water and a few drops of natural soap can do the trick.
• Use Laundry Bags: Place delicate baby clothes in mesh laundry bags during machine washing to prevent snagging or unnecessary wear.
• Iron on Low Heat: If ironing is necessary (psst: we really don't think it is), use a low heat setting, as high temperatures can break down natural fibers.

Shipping policy

We ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date the order is received. (This excludes holidays and weekends). If we have a sale or promotion, our turnaround time during these periods can be up to 7 business days due to order volume. All of our shipping is carbon offset.

We encourage our customers to carefully review each product description and confirm that the dimensions, colors, and details meet their expectations before placing an order.

Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our product. If you ever receive a product that is damaged or flawed, it will be replaced. If you order the wrong size or change your mind about any full price product, you will be provided with a store credit. All sale items are final sale.

Returns and exchanges: We want you to love your mini mioche order! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly authorize an exchange or give an online credit within 15 days of placing the order. Please, send us a message using our Contact Form. if you would like to issue a return. All items returned must be unworn/unwashed with the tags still attached and the original receipt included. 

If re:do package protection is not added at the time of checkout on your order you will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged item and any difference in pricing will be charged to your original form of payment. We automatically add re:do package protection to orders to ensure they are protected against loss and/or theft. We are not able to retroactively add re:do once the order has been processed. Your exchange will be processed electronically once your original item has arrived at our warehouse. There is a 5% restocking fee applied to all returns and/or exchanges.

Additionally, if a return and/or exchange is started and re:do package protection was not added at the time of checkout on your order you will be responsible for the shipping fees on your return. We are not able to retroactively add re:do once the order has been processed.

Loss and theft protection: If you've ever had a package lost in transit or stolen from your front porch, this one is for you. We have implemented re:do package protection, which guarantees replacement of any products lost or stolen during delivery. We strongly recommend keeping this option on your order. If you choose to remove it, we will not be able to replace items lost or stolen in transit. 

Gift Returns: We do accept Gift Returns through our return portal. Please keep in mind that the Return Portal will currently notify the sender of this return or exchange and we are unable to prevent that notification from being sent, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to have this change in the near future. Please also note that we only offer store credit or exchanges for gift returns. We cannot refund you directly.

Damaged or defective items: We carefully manage the quality of our product, but mistakes do sometimes happen. If you find that the item you have purchased is damaged, please let us know. There is a 20 day return policy for all damaged items, and we’d be more than happy to replace it at no cost to you. Please let us know in advance if you need to exchange the product. Please remember to include the invoice number and the reason for the return and we will confirm the return along with the return address. Once we have received the original item, we will give you a full refund or will send out the requested exchange item right away.
