Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Free shipping in Canada and continental USA on orders over $50.

On orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies for orders anywhere in Canada or continental USA.

Orders are sent with courier unless sent to a PO box.

Delivery Time

Orders originate from Villager HQ in Comox, BC Canada. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days plus shipping time. These are estimates provided by Canada Post. Please check your tracking info email for more precise delivery times.

Local Pickup

If you live in the Comox Valley and would like to pickup your order, please add LOCALPICKUP to the order notes and we will be touch to arrange pickup and reverse any shipping charges.

Duties & Customs

Villager does not collect duties or customs related charges. Any duties or customs charges are your responsibility.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If we can catch your order before shipping, we’re happy to make a change. Please send a message with your order number and the changes you’d like to make. Once an order has shipped, unfortunately we’re not able to make changes.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened puzzles within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund less shipping charges. To start a return, please send us a message using our Contact Form with your order number and the puzzle(s) you want to return. Returns past the 30-day period will not be accepted and are considered final sale. 

Tracking your Order

Once you place your order, you will receive an email which includes tracking information.  

International Shipping

We now offer international shipping in select markets. International orders are delivered by Canada Post. Please allow additional delivery time as this is a slower service option.
